Jim Bruce stepped out of some of Hollywood’s senior edit suites and into the limelight as a director with his documentary about the ongoing financial crisis post 2008 – Money For Nothing. This film received a lot of attention and set Jim on a new creative path as a writer, producer and director. Jim and his company ‘Liberty Street Films’ are being watched with interest to see what will come next.

Jim was Editor/Writer/Co-Producer of Sierra Leone’s Refugee All Stars – finalist for the 2006 International Documentary Association’s Feature Film of the Year. Jim’s previous work in the industry was as an editor, working on some Hollywood blockbusters like Kinsey, Insomnia, X-Men: The Last Stand, and The Incredible Hulk. as well as some notable documentaries such as The King of Kong and Dambe: The Mali Project.
