Daniel Sekulich is a director and writer, known for Aftermath: The Remnants of War 2001, BorderLine 2012) and Ice Road Truckers Canada (2014). An award-winning filmmaker and journalist, Daniel Sekulich has been working in television and print media for almost two decades, beginning with CBC Television’s National Network News and Newsworld divisions. Since then, he has traveled around the world, writing, directing and producing for dozens of non-fiction tv projects (in the documentary, current affairs, factual and reality genres, both as one-offs and series). These projects have been done for the likes of CBC, NFB, Discovery Channel, History Television, HGTV and Slice. Daniel is also an experienced writer, not only for television productions but also as the author of two non-fiction books and as a contributor to various print and online outlets.
